Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in the oil and gas or energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing process designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting project execution from concept to commissioning. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering process engineering solutions for complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering design and development for oil & gas or energy projects (upstream, midstream, downstream, or power generation) and provide process improvement recommendations to System Engineering Processes
  • Participate in government and contractor sponsored System Engineering and technical exchange meetings (TEMs), Independent Review Teams, and design and program management reviews
  • Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, and process simulations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, or PRO/II.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, process optimization, and debottlenecking assessments.
  • Perform process calculations (e.g., pressure drop, hydraulic calculations, relief valve sizing).
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and HAZOP/LOPA best practices.
  • Lead or participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, instrumentation, safety, and operations). Support outreach activities, to include developing and coordinating presentation material, scheduling conference rooms, note taking, and task tracking as needed.
  • Support commissioning and start-up activities on-site when required.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering within the oil & gas or energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering tools and simulation software.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, etc.).
  • Experience with EPC / EPCM projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites, if required


Travel Requirements:

  • This role involves frequent travel to project sites, sometimes at short notice.
  • Must be willing to work in challenging environmental conditions and follow all safety protocols during site visits.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Piping Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D modeling, piping layout conceptualization, and detailed engineering design. The role involves leading piping design activities, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring designs comply with industry codes, client specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review piping design concepts, general arrangements, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., PDMS, E3D, SP3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, etc.).
  • Lead or contribute to the preparation of piping layouts, isometric drawings, pipe support design, and material take-offs (MTOs).
  • Interpret P&IDs, plot plans, equipment layouts, and line lists to translate into practical piping systems.
  • Collaborate with process, mechanical, structural, and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated and optimized designs.
  • Participate in model reviews and resolve clashes through coordination with the design team.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and other relevant international codes and client-specific standards.
  • Provide technical input during project planning, design review meetings, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers, and review their deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct site surveys, support construction teams, and provide field engineering support when required.
  • Manage documentation and maintain design records in accordance with QA/QC procedures..

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in piping engineering, with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
  • Proficient in 3D piping design tools such as AVEVA E3D/PDMS, Intergraph Smart 3D (SP3D), AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of piping design principles, material selection, stress analysis fundamentals, and support systems.
  • Hands-on experience in layout conceptualization, equipment orientation, and space optimization.
  • Good knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API, etc.).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and lead multi-disciplinary design teams when required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in onshore oil & gas projects.
  • Familiarity with laser scanning and point cloud integration in 3D models.
  • Experience with modular design and fabrication-oriented layouts.
  • Exposure to digital twin technologies and smart plant systems.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of proven expertise in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of substation and power block design, high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) systems, and a thorough understanding of international electrical standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and API. This role involves leading design efforts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for Oil & Gas facilities, including substations and power distribution blocks.
  • Design and review HV/MV electrical systems, including protection schemes, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
  • Prepare and validate electrical design documents, such as SLDs, cable sizing, load flow studies, short circuit calculations, and grounding studies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable international and local electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (process, instrumentation, civil, mechanical) during FEED, EPC, and commissioning phases.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process control systems, instrumentation design, DCS, analyser systems, system integration, and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) methodologies. You will be responsible for leading instrumentation and control engineering activities across all project phases—from conceptual design through detailed engineering, procurement, commissioning, and start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee instrumentation and control engineering design for oil & gas projects (greenfield & brownfield).
  • Specify and select field instruments, analyzers, control valves, and other instrumentation equipment.
  • Design and integrate Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLC, SCADA, and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
  • Provide technical expertise on system integration across various automation platforms and process units.
  • Develop and review instrumentation datasheets, I/O lists, loop diagrams, hook-up drawings, and control philosophies.
  • Ensure compliance with SIL requirements and perform SIL assessments, safety lifecycle documentation, and implementation of IEC 61508/61511 standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, with at least 5 years of experience in documentation management, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control & Management: Establish and maintain a centralized system for storing and retrieving engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Implement and oversee version control procedures to ensure that only the most current documents are in circulation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate necessary documentation.
